Custom Sheet Metal

Metal Wall Panels are available in many different styles, colors and finishes. Depending on the manufacturer, these panels can be used to clad vertical walls, mansards, screen-walls, and soffits.

Some commercial projects call for metal wall panels to be used as siding (or cladding) for the entire structure. In doing so, siding and steep-sloped applications can be designed with either concealed or exposed fasteners.

Metals Panels are also a popular choice for soffits which are most commonly found under the eave applications or under entrance canopies. Depending on the manufacturer, you can choose from steel or aluminum, and vented or non-vented panels. Rooftop screen walls are another application where metal panels offer an appealing way to hide rooftop HVAC units.

STANDING SEAM

The standing seam metal roof is one of the most exciting breakthroughs in roofing technology in the last 25 years.

It fulfills the building owners need for durable, puncture-resistant protection against the weather while working in harmony with the forces of nature. Metal roofing has an established track record in new construction applications, where it is used in some 50% of all low-rise commercial and industrial buildings erected in the last several years.

The acceptance has carried over to the re-roofing market as well. Standing seam metal roofs have been used successfully as a replacement for built-up and single ply systems. Standing seam metal roofs come in a variety of colors and styles to choose from. Along with the beauty of a standing seam metal roof comes, durability, easy installation, simple maintenance and reliability

GUTTERS / DOWNSPOUTS / SCUPPERS

The directing of rooftop water is another important aspect of roofing, and this is typically achieved with gutters, scuppers, and downspouts.

The Davco Roofing sheet metal department uses copper, steel, and aluminum to fabricate:

  • many downspout profiles
  • almost any gutter profile
  • custom scupper boxes of any shape or size

Davco Roofing custom systems meet your water management needs and facility design specifications. If a custom fabricated system is not required, we can install any storebought system available in today’s market.

CUSTOM COPINGS

The top of a parapet wall on a roof often requires a coping cap or gravel stop to prevent water intrusion in the roofing system. Davco Roofing’s sheet metal department field measures, fabricates, and installs a variety of styles for this purpose.

These copings and gravel stops:

  • can be made out of all types of metals
  • add architectural detail to the top of the parapet
  • when installed correctly, add years of life to the roof
